Gaming Machine Technician

Gaming Machine Technicians repair minor errors, process/ payout jackpots, resolve customer issues, assist with moves/conversions, preventative maintenance and are responsible for the cleanliness of all gaming machine games.

Some of the Job Responsibilities

    In order to perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk clearly and hear, required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.

    Must be mobile and able to monitor the gaming floor for several hours.

  • 03

    Maintain a high level of customer service.

  • 04

    Must adhere to the strict confidentially of all information.

  • 05

    Clean all machines top to bottom, inside and out.

  • 06

    Troubleshoot and fix player tracking hardware.

F&B – Line Cook

Line cooks are responsible for the preparation and execution of menu food items. Ensuring they are consistent and of high standards. Also they uphold all sanitary/safety procedures, and ensure weekly cleaning duties are met.

Some of the Job Responsibilites

  • 01

    Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

  • 02

    Prepare food for service. (e.g. chopping vegetables, slicing meat, or preparing sauces)

  • 03

    Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.

  • 04

    Clean up station and take care of leftover food.

  • 05

    Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

    Stock inventory appropriately.

F&B – Bar Back

Bar back is the technical name for a bartender’s assistant. He/she often does many of the same things as the bartender, but their primary role is to help the bartender do their job effectively and efficiently.

Some of the Job Responsibilities

    Ensure there is always enough back up liquor.

  • 02

    Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar.

  • 03

    Wipe down tables and bar tops.

  • 04

    Re-stock garnishes and mixes.

  • 05

    Re-stock ice when needed.

  • 06

    Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station.

  • 07

    Occasionally run food to customers for bartender’s.

  • 08

    Always ensure there is enough clean glassware.

F&B – Host/Hostess

The first impression any customer gets of the restaurant and its standard of service is usually from the hostess. The ability to be hospitable is an essential skill for this position. Always give our guests a warm friendly immediate greet at the door. Seat and present clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner.

Some of the Job Responsibilites

    Greets and seats guests, presents menus, informs them of daily specials and soups.

    All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations.

    Take names on a waiting list.

  • 04

    Run the floor plan board.

  • 05

    Takes guest information and quote wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.

    Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area.

  • 07

    Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.

  • 08

    Interacts with guests in and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.

F&B – Dishwasher

The kitchen dishwasher is responsible for maintaining clean and orderly ware and utensils. Meanwhile ensuring his/her dish pit area Is clean and organized. Side projects are common for example small food preparation tasks and weekly cleaning projects.

Some of the Job Responsibilities

    Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.

  • 02

    Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

  • 03

    Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.

  • 04

    Monitor dishwashing machine and temp levels on daily chart.
