Drop Team Member

Perform the daily cash drop and count of gaming machines. Graveyard Hours.

Some of the Job Requirements

  • 01

    Pulls cash canisters from machines in a timely manner, making sure all machine numbers are matching with machines.

  • 02

    Counts cash and vouchers for the day, making sure all totals match and all mistakes are fixed before leaving for the day.

  • 03

    Must adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures.

F&B – Waitress/Waitor

The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining at the restaurant. Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

Some of the Job Responsibilites

    Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation task.

    Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items…etc.

  • 03

    Obtaining revenues, accepting payments, returning the change.

  • 04

    Performing basic cleaning task as needed or directed by supervisor.

  • 05

    Filling in for absent staff as needed.

  • 06

    Assisting with special events as needed.

  • 07

    Greet all guest and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.

  • 08

    Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.

F&B – Cocktail

Provide excellent service to all guest while taking and serving beverage orders. Provide assistance to the bar staff when it is needed. Engage all casino guest in a professional manner. Keep a positive attitude in a fast paced and busy environment.

    Is responsible for the service of beverages to the guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

    Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.

    Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.

    Keep floor beverage stations stocked.

F&B – Dishwasher

The kitchen dishwasher is responsible for maintaining clean and orderly ware and utensils. Meanwhile ensuring his/her dish pit area Is clean and organized. Side projects are common for example small food preparation tasks and weekly cleaning projects.

Some of the Job Responsibilities

    Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.

  • 02

    Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

  • 03

    Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.

  • 04

    Monitor dishwashing machine and temp levels on daily chart.
